Wwft compliance

Notary firm in Gelderland

Commissioned by the partners of a regional notary firm, we developed and implemented its complete Wwft policy. The project started with an initial Wwft audit to assess the firm’s Wwft maturity. We then presented a tailored plan, with budget and timeline agreed in advance.

Based on the firm’s profile we wrote the Wwft risk policy, including procedures for client due diligence, monitoring, PEP status, the UBO register and reporting unusual transactions. We concluded with a compliance course for staff and policymakers. The firm continues to be supported by our external, independent compliance officer.
